Terms and Conditions

1. General Use of the Venue

The Venue provides indoor golf simulator facilities, bar services, and hospitality experiences.

Management reserves the right to refuse entry or service to any individual who:

• Is intoxicated
• Behaves aggressively or inappropriately
• Fails to follow safety instructions
• Damages property or equipment

Customers asked to leave the premises will not be entitled to a refund.

2. Bookings

Simulator sessions must be booked in advance via the Venue’s booking system, website, or directly with staff.

• Bookings are confirmed once payment or deposit has been received.
• Customers must arrive on time for their session.
• Late arrivals may result in reduced playing time without refund.
• A maximum of 6 players per simulator bay is permitted unless agreed otherwise.

The Venue reserves the right to move or amend bookings where necessary due to operational requirements.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before a booking may be refunded or rescheduled.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking may not be refunded.
• Failure to attend a booking without notice will be treated as a no-show, and the booking fee will be forfeited.

Refunds may take several working days depending on the payment provider.

4. Memberships

Membership packages may provide benefits including discounted simulator time, priority bookings, or exclusive events.

Membership conditions include:

• Memberships are non-transferable.
• Membership benefits apply only to the registered member unless otherwise stated.
• The Venue reserves the right to modify membership benefits with reasonable notice.
• Misuse of membership privileges may result in suspension or cancellation of membership without refund.

Membership payments must remain up to date to maintain active status.

5. Corporate and Group Bookings

Corporate events, private parties, and group bookings may require:

• A booking deposit to secure the event date.
• Final guest numbers confirmed 48 hours prior to the event.
• Full payment before or on the day of the event unless otherwise agreed.

The Venue reserves the right to charge for confirmed guest numbers if fewer attendees attend.

Corporate bookings must follow all Venue safety and behaviour policies.

6. Golf Simulator Safety Rules

For safety reasons the following rules must always be followed:

• Only one person may swing a club at a time in each simulator bay.
• Ensure the swinging area is completely clear before swinging.
• Do not walk in front of the simulator screen during play.
• Spectators must remain behind the designated safety line.
• Only approved golf balls may be used.

Failure to follow safety instructions may result in removal from the simulator area.

7. Club Hire and Damage Deposit

Golf clubs may be available for hire.

A £100 refundable damage deposit is required for all club hire.

The deposit will be returned after the session provided:

• All equipment is returned
• No damage has occurred

If equipment is damaged or lost, The Bunka reserves the right to retain part or all of the deposit and charge for repair or replacement where necessary.

8. Damage to Equipment or Property

Customers are responsible for any damage caused to:

• Golf simulators
• Impact screens and projection systems
• Clubs or hired equipment
• Furniture, fixtures, or venue property

Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow instructions may result in charges for repair or full replacement.

9. Age Restrictions

• Individuals under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
• Alcohol will only be served to persons aged 18 or over in accordance with UK licensing law.
• Valid ID may be required.

10. Alcohol and Behaviour

The Venue operates under UK licensing laws.

The following behaviour is prohibited:

• Excessive intoxication
• Aggressive or disruptive behaviour
• Dangerous use of golf equipment

The Venue reserves the right to refuse alcohol service and remove individuals from the premises where necessary.

11. Personal Belongings

The Bunka accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises.

12. Health and Participation

Golf simulator use involves physical activity.

Customers participate at their own risk and should ensure they are physically capable of playing.

Customers should stop play immediately and inform staff if they feel unwell or unsafe.

13. CCTV

CCTV may be in operation throughout the venue for safety, security, and incident investigation purposes.

14. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Bunka shall not be liable for injury, loss, or damage suffered while using the facilities except where caused by negligence of the Venue.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

15. Amendments

The Bunka reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on the Venue website and may also be displayed at the premises.

16. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
